    Job Description

    The Strategy Analyst will join a dynamic team whose goal is to chart the company’s long-term strategic plans and more near-term efficiency measures. As a member of the Strategy team, this highly motivated individual will be responsible for market and industry research, opportunity assessments and assistance with process improvement and efficiency initiatives. This role requires creative problem solving abilities, analytical thinking, initiative, high resilience to change and desire to embrace both growth and efficiency opportunities as part of strategic planning. The candidate must have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills and able to present and communicate across different levels of the organization. Primary responsibilities include:

    • Developing and presenting market research;
    • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with external industry data sources;
    • Building models to assess strategic options or decisions;
    • Preparing strategic content and supporting materials for executive-level meetings
    • Support internal communications channels managed by the Strategy team.

    Job Requirements

     

    • Required: Bachelor’s degree, with preference in finance or economics with three years of experience.
    • Research, organize and share market research
    • Maintain and distribute in-depth knowledge of industry trends, market assessments, and competitive positioning
    • Develop economic business models to conduct scenario analysis for potential opportunities
    • Support Strategy team with process improvement and efficiency process analysis and assessment of business opportunities related to efficiencies across the value chain
    • Assist with business case creation
    • Support multi-channel strategic communications and idea generation platforms
    • Previous experience working on a highly respected strategic team
    •  Must have following skills:

      • Six Sigma/other process improvement methodology familiarity
