Job Description

We are accepting applications for Customer Care Representative openings, which is a phone-based customer service position.


How You'd Spend Your Day:

  • Clearly and accurately assisting customers by taking inbound calls on a dialer system.
  • Researching, resolving, and documenting issues.
  • Preparing professional and accurate written correspondence as needed.
  • Accurately and quickly computing payoffs, extension fees, rewrites, quotes, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Assertive, clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
  • Competency with PC and 10 key and ability to function/toggle between computer screens and systems (2 screens).
  • Knowledge of retail and lease auto finance helpful.
  • Ability to function productively in a high-volume environment.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
