SETF Data Solutions Department is looking for an Engineer to join our Business Process Automation Team located in Deerfield Beach, FL. The BPA Team is responsible for the design, development, and support of process automation solutions using technologies such as:
- Microsoft Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
- RPA Systems – Automation Anywhere
- Microsoft 365 – Excel VBA, SharePoint, Teams
- Data and Reporting – Power Query, EDW, Dataverse, SAS, Tableau, Azure
This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for working with processes, data, and automation tools to solve business opportunities and enhance SETF’s position. The BPA Engineer will work closely with different business department partners, the Enterprise COE, ITS, and third-party service providers. The BPA Engineer is primarily responsible for the collection of requirements, design of automation, deployment, and support of these solutions in a production environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and support sound and sustainable automation solutions using technologies such as (1) Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 tools, (2) RPA Automation Tools, (3) SAS, (4) Macros, (5) Visio or Blueworks, (6) Lean Six Sigma.
- Use Agile development practices and approaches.
- Develop and maintain supporting documentation, systems, and tools.
- Learn and familiarize with SETF systems (WebApp, Distributed, and Mainframe) and be able to navigate within the systems for research, troubleshooting, recommending solutions, and solving problems.
- Partner with and elicit requirements from business departments within SETF to develop automation solutions.
- Promote innovation and participation in proofs-of-concept (POCs), sponsored events, and exploratory efforts.
- Interact with business partners, ITS, and vendors to maintain the automation environment.
- Collaborate at all levels of the organization to foster BPA practices and relationships.
As a Product Owner, you will directly report to leaders in the organization your product resides. You are an Agile Team member responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team and ensuring that the Team Backlog aligns with customer and stakeholder needs. As a member of the extended Product Management function, the Product Owner is the team’s primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy. Responsibilities:
Serving as the ‘voice of the customer,’ the Product Owner must build and manage key relationships, synthesize information from multiple sources, maintain business alignment in the Team Backlog, and communicate effectively with a variety of audiences—all with a bias toward delivering, and learning, quickly. Additionally, as the Product Owner you must:
- Translate product manager’s strategy into actionable features, stories and tasks
- Refine backlog, including prioritizing user stories and arranging user stories in the product backlog
- Work with agile teams to ensure that the development team is clear on what to work on next
- Accept the completed user stories to make sure the work fulfills the criteria
- Attend all agile and scrum meetings to ensure that development work is aligned with the road-map set by the product manager
- Communicate the voice of the customer to the development team
- Provide feedback on the validated road-map to the product manager
Education and Experience:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Technical:
- General understanding of how products are developed
- Familiarity with development architectures, languages and build cycles
- Knowledge of data platforms used for analytics and reporting and the integration of business value with data
The Sales Department works in tandem with other departments to meet sales goals that align with the Toyota brand and Consumer experience. The Sales Department promotes business growth by executing retail and lease programs that support the Toyota brand with Toyota dealers. The department maintains a collaborative relationship through a supportive partnership with dealership personnel including Owners, GMs and Finance Departments to achieve mutual success.
Primary responsibilities include supporting Toyota Dealers and Customer across the territory with captive retail, leasing and commercial programs. The successful candidate will be required to effectively maximize SET Finance penetration by demonstrating the value of the captive lender relationship and the long-term benefits and value of the company’s OneSource Plus program. The position requires leadership ability as well as strong social, analytical, and presentation skills. Additionally, the position engages in cross department collaboration with SET, purchase office, pricing, commercial, and JM&A.
- Support Toyota Dealers and Customers across your territory with captive retail, leasing and commercial programs
- Administer, manage and optimize the OneSource Program in your territory
- Cultivate relationships vertically in defined Toyota Stores
- Be an ambassador and first line of contact for SET Finance in the field
- Collaborate with field sales in creating regional incentive contests.
- Deliver cross department collaboration including credit, funding, commercial, collections, pricing and risk, SET, and JM&A.

How You'd Spend Your Day:
- Contacting customers who are delinquent in the repayment of their auto loans to obtain payments, commitments/agreements or establishes a repayment plan.
- Achieving a heavy call volume via an auto dialer for inbound and outbound calls, while wearing a headset.
- Following set policies and procedures when determining suitable collection solutions and adheres to established UDAAP and FDCPA guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate documentation on delinquent accounts.
- Updating account information, sends follow-up letters and set up payments on accounts.
- Operating with minimal supervision to bring customer accounts current and accurately documents conversations electronically in a timely manner.

Mitigate losses through inbound and outbound calls to delinquent customers at various late stage delinquency and use skip trace methods to establish contact with customers who have been unresponsive. Recommend accounts for repossession or charge-off after evaluating the account history. Follows set policies and procedures when determining suitable collection solution. Familiar with established repossession and FDCPA policy/procedures. Utilizes outside vendors and resources to obtain customer information.Maintains records on delinquent accounts, updates account information, sends follow-up letters and sets up payments on accounts.
